❓ What if a candidate has a technical issue during their interview?

We work directly with candidates to resolve any technical issues they encounter during an interview, including adding additional time or resetting modules as needed.

Best Practice - we ask that candidates email us directly at so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We provide these instructions in the interview guide that is sent to candidates.

This support email address is also highlighted in the template messaging that we suggest you send directly to candidates in conjunction with their interview invitation. That said, candidates may still sometimes reach out to you directly instead — feel free to redirect them to us or copy into your email reply.
