Our full team reviews candidate survey feedback and responses and often uses this information to inform our future Product roadmap. We also track trends in scores across our customers, assessment types, and levels over time.
*Note — the “Candidate Satisfaction” widget on the Byteboard Client Dashboard provides up-to-date information on the percentage of candidates who rate Byteboard at least 3 out of 5 stars in the survey. We periodically share more detail on candidate feedback, but if you have questions you are always welcome to ask!
