There are a couple of different ways that you can be notified when a candidate’s interview has been graded (finalized) and the corresponding Skills Report and interview materials are ready for review:
Slack Updater (if your team is connected to Byteboard via Slack):
- This integration will ping our shared Slack Connect channel for each finalized candidate. If the candidate is invited directly from the Byteboard platform, the automatic notification will tag the person who sent the invitation in the post.
*Note — Incomplete and Expired interviews will not trigger any automatic notifications via Slack
Email Notifications:
- If you’d like to receive email notifications for each finalized Byteboard candidate (i.e., when the interview is graded and the report is generated), we can configure your account so that an email notification will be sent to the inbox you provide for each report.
- If you’d like to receive email notifications for each completed Byteboard interview (i.e., when the candidate fully submits their interview), reach out to the Byteboard team to confirm email notification options for this.
*Note — contact your Customer Success representative and provide the email address you’d like finalized report notifications or completed interview notifications to be sent to (e.g., an individual’s email address or a shared email inbox).
