Overview
Within each candidate report, Byteboard displays a Skills Map with Skill Indicators for up to eight (8) skills. Skills are organized into two categories: Core Skills and Additional Skills. Core skills account for 60% of the candidate’s overall rating; additional skills account for 40% of the candidate’s overall rating.
The skills map displays a subset of the most relevant skills based on the interview type completed by the candidate (domain, level, and role profile); the skills map is not a comprehensive view of all skills measured in Byteboard CoreEval.
