Proficiency Ratings
We are replacing prior skills indicators (PRESENT, PARTIALLY PRESENT, NOT PRESENT) with a measure of proficiency to provide clarity on demonstration of skill within interview. Within the Skills Report, each skill will now include a measure of proficiency:
- PROFICIENT
- PARTIALLY PROFICIENT
- NOT PROFICIENT
