Before you begin
When launching Byteboard to your company, it is important to take time to announce introduction of new solution and tool to your team.
Your announcement is the first opportunity to get employees excited to join you Byteboard CodeCollab journey, and clearly defining what CodeCollab means for them and their process is the first step on the path to a successful launch.
With that in mind, be sure to make the following points whether you choose to announce Byteboard over email or at a team-level all-hands:
- What are you doing?
- Why are you doing it?
- What expectations have you set for your employees?
