Candidate page overview
Prior to a candidate completing a CoreEval interview, you will have access to view details on: interview status, troubleshooting, and manage interview.
Interview status
The Interview status section allows you to see the current state of the interview. Below is a list of possible interview statuses and description.
Interview Status | Description |
Invited, not started | The candidate has received an invite to their Byteboard interview but hasn’t begun their interview. |
Incomplete — Abandoned during Part 1 | The candidate didn’t attempt one or more modules of the Byteboard interview and was therefore not graded against the Byteboard rubric. If you believe this information is incorrect, please reach out to your company point of contact to rectify. |
Incomplete — Abandoned during Part 2 | The candidate didn’t attempt one or more modules of the Byteboard interview and was therefore not graded against the Byteboard rubric. If you believe this information is incorrect, please reach out to your company point of contact to rectify. |
Expired | The candidate didn’t complete the interview before their deadline. |
Recommendation generation | The candidate has completed their interview and their assessment materials are being reviewed. |
Support active | The candidate has an active support case open with Byteboard. |
Troubleshooting
Use this option to request interview assistance on behalf of the candidate. The Request action contacts Byteboard’s support team. Utilize this option should a candidate reach out regarding issues like unable to start or submit interview.
Manage interview
The Manage interview section allows you to complete the following actions:
- Adjust interview deadline
- Edit interview type
- Send an interview reminder
- Modify the interview duration
